Tropical Charm

DU Soirée’s elegant wedding style interweaves colour and shapes from a tropical forest with colonial features, modernised to create a look of effortless romantic elegance for Spring…

‘Floating macramé-like chandeliers are filled with hues of pink blooms, lush greens and ferns, their trailing tassels cascading along a stone stairway to create a romantic ceremonial space. This is the focal point that leads to an intimate, eclectic table mixing the old with the new.
Period colonial features decorate the table, including a mix of chairs and glasswear woven together with modern gold-rimmed plates and marbled napkins. Pots of lush blooms with proteas and grapefruits – a symbol of prosperity – feature on the table to bring a touch of wilderness and sensitivity to this tropical affair.’
