Wildfire Restaurant has been operating since 1999, and is New Zealand’s first Brazilian Churrascaria. Churrasco is a Portuguese word meaning Barbecue. Originally from the south of Brazil, Churrasco is a method of cooking on an open fire.

Wildfire Restaurant brings to New Zealand this centuries-old cooking style while adding a personal touch by mixing its own secret spices, rubs, marinades and glazes, using only New Zealand natural ingredients and the best fresh produce.
Located by the water edge on Princes Wharf, their dining area is bathed in afternoon sunshine, creating a sense of space and wellbeing. Enjoying views of the Skytower and Waitemata harbour, their dining area comfortably accommodates up to 350 guests in a formal seating arrangement.
Planning your wedding at Wildfire will make your dining unique thanks to their menu options served Rodízio style, where the waiter brings skewers straight from the fire pit to your table. You and your guests can dine to your heart's content with an array of meats, seafood and side dishes.

To add to the experience, they offer the best NZ wine and source international wines from France, Italy, Spain and South America. On their cocktail list, you’ll find crowd favourites, Wildfire originals & twisted classics, created by Marko Farac, their award-winning bartender from Sydney.
